Refund Policy
Last updated: December 11, 2025
1. Project Initiation
Booking Fees/Retainers: To reserve dates for production crews and equipment, a non-refundable retainer (typically 50% of the project estimate) is required. This fee covers pre-production costs, scheduling, and resource allocation. Once paid, this retainer is non-refundable if the project is cancelled by the client less than 14 days before the shoot date.
2. Production Phase
Once production (filming/shooting) has commenced, no refunds can be issued for the production component of the budget. Any hard costs incurred (location fees, talent fees, equipment rental) are strictly non-refundable.
3. Post-Production & Edits
If you are unsatisfied with the initial cut/draft, we offer a specified number of revision rounds as detailed in your specific service agreement. Refunds are not issued based on artistic preference if the deliverables meet the technical specifications and brief agreed upon in the Scope of Work (SOW).
4. Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled by the Client:
• More than 30 days before shoot: 50% of retainer refunded.
• 14-30 days before shoot: Retainer is non-refundable.
• Less than 14 days before shoot: Client is liable for 100% of the quoted production costs.
